Statesville Bridge Academy

Homelessness is a real problem in our country, and unfortunately Statesville is no exception. The YMCA Bridge Academy helps our local homeless families with free After School Academy, Summer Day Camp, sports programs, Safety Around Water drowning prevention, anti-hunger initiatives & more. We focus on the students' social and emotional development, helping them develop a positive sense of self-worth and strong academic self-efficacy through positive role models and intentional programming and curriculum design.

Teen Referral Memberships

In a world full of isolation and unrest, it is more important than ever that we keep our young people engaged in positive experiences in healthy, safe environments. Our new initiative offers eligible young people ages 12-18 years old in our communities a FREE membership to access the Y’s fitness facilities, basketball courts, swimming pools, and so much more.

Support the Y

At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. You can help kids learn, grow and thrive, as well as ensure no one is ever turned away due to the inability to pay. Donations provide financial assistance to make Y programs available to everyone in our community.

Every gift makes a difference. Everyone has a role to play. Together, we can do so much more.

Our Mission: "Helping all people reach their God-given potential in spirit, mind and body."
