WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The YMCA of Northwest North Carolina and Fleet Feet Winston-Salem have announced marathon champion John Korir will be pacing the 1:30 group at the 2025 Mistletoe Half Marathon.The race is set to take place in Winston-Salem on Dec. 6, with the start and finish lines located at the William G. White, Jr. YMCA in West End.
