Winston-Salem, NC (July 5, 2024) – The YMCA of Northwest North Carolina (NWNC) has hired Erin Bracey as its program director of teen mental health to address the critical needs of teens by identifying mental health challenges, providing resources and connections to mental health providers, and fostering supportive communities.

The Y Highlights its 2023 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Efforts

The Kernersville Family YMCA was presented with a $1 million check from North Carolina House Representative Donny Lambeth (District 75).

Winston-Salem, NC (May 15, 2023) – The Robinhood Road Family YMCA is honored to announce the dedication of its hot yoga studio to Davie County resident John Budd for his passion and service in the practice of hatha and other forms of yoga. 

During our Annual Celebration we honored those who have supported our association and contributed to the growth of its mission and impact. We inducted the late Richard “Rick” French into our Red Triangle Society, presented 13 volunteers of the year with the Strong Award and presented Carver High School’s inaugural Youth and Government delegation with the Youth Leadership Award.
